The Project

A basebuild network built to run the whole building, not just the tenancies

33 Alfred Street needed a basebuild network capable of supporting not just tenant connectivity but the full range of building operational systems: HVAC, access control, lighting and public amenity Wi-Fi, all pulled together into one smart building platform. Rinfras was engaged to design and deploy the network from the ground up.
